3) Security purpose in the access to the facilities.

In relation to the information requested for access to BK Travel Destination facilities, information such as full name, signature, official identification, as well as information of electronic equipment that will enter the facilities of BK Travel Destination may be requested.
This information may be used in an enunciative but not limited manner to:

c) For Contractors (Individuals) identification data, contact data, labor data, data proving the validity of social security rights or major medical expenses insurance. In the case of contractors, no sensitive personal data is collected.
d) For Internet portal visitors, identification data and contact data. In the case of users who visit internet portals, no sensitive personal data is collected.
e) For visitors to the facilities, identification data, contact data, if applicable, the company they represent and the reason for the visit.

f) In the case of visitors, sensitive personal data is not treated.
In all cases, the purpose of sensitive personal, patrimonial and financial data is for BK Travel Destination to comply with the obligations arising from the legal relationship established with the Holder.

In case of providing any type of personal data related to another person as a reference, for the purposes of this privacy notice, you represent and agree that you have obtained the corresponding prior consent of such person for it.
Consent will not be required for the processing of Personal Data when: It is provided for in a Law; The data is contained in publicly available sources; The Personal Data is subject to a prior dissociation procedure; It is for the purpose of fulfilling obligations arising from a legal relationship between the Personal Data Subject and BK Travel Destination; There is an emergency situation that could potentially harm an individual’s property or person; or A resolution is issued by a competent authority.
